Hájje were a myth in Evorath since before the ancient Demon Wars, often used as a threat to young elvish children to get them to behave. But after a deranged scientist made a pact with Frogatha and retreated to an abandoned mining tunnel, the first real hájje was born. Yezurkstal, the father of all hájje, unsuccessfully attempted to reform the world in his image.
Now undead, the crazed dark elf continues to promote a culture of violence and racism. Most hájje consider all other species of Evorath to be impure and seek to exterminate them to create a better world free of conflict and strife.
Though physical similar to elves, dark elves always have pale white skin and dark eyes/hair.
